At Lilasons Plastic Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality plastic products and solutions. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and replacements.
1. Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- The product received is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
- There is a discrepancy in the quantity or type of product delivered compared to the invoice.
- For custom moulding orders, the final product demonstrably fails to meet the approved design specifications.
2. Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- "Buyer’s remorse" or changes in business requirements after order confirmation.
- Custom-manufactured products that meet the mutually agreed-upon specifications.
- Products that have been damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse by the buyer after delivery.
3. Claim Process
- Notification: You must notify us of any issues within 7 (seven) days of receiving the delivery.
- Evidence: Please provide your order number, photographs of the damaged/incorrect items, and a brief description of the issue to [Insert Email Address].
- Inspection: Our quality assurance team will review the claim and may request the return of the disputed items for inspection (at our expense, if the claim is valid).
4. Resolution
Upon approval of a valid claim, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Replace the defective or incorrect items at no additional cost.
- Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method, or provide a credit note for future purchases.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days of claim approval.
