We understand that business needs can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancelling an order with Lilasons Plastic Industries.
1. Cancellation of Standard Orders
- You may cancel a standard (non-custom) order without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched or entered the production queue.

2. Cancellation of Custom Orders
- For custom moulding, custom fabrication, or specially sourced polymer granules, cancellation is subject to the production stage.
- If production has not yet begun, a full refund (minus any administrative fees) may be issued.
- If raw materials have already been procured or manufacturing has commenced, a cancellation fee 40% of the order value will be applied to cover material and labor costs. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production is complete.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund Policy to initiate a return after receiving the goods, subject to the conditions outlined therein.
4. Our Right to Cancel
Lilasons Plastic Industries reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order if:
- The requested product is out of stock or discontinued.
- There is suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment methods.
- The buyer fails to provide necessary specifications or approvals for custom orders within a reasonable timeframe.
In such events, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any amounts already paid.
